About Us
Founded in 1939, Pershing LLC was established to provide trade execution and clearance services to financial services firms located outside of the New York metropolitan area. Since our beginnings as an execution provider for regional financial organisations, Pershing has grown to become a global financial business solutions provider with offices around the world.
Pershing Limited, an affiliate of Pershing LLC and a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, was established in London in 1987 and is a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for private client firms and institutional broker dealers in Europe.
From our offices in London, Liverpool, and Dublin, we provide operational, IT, regulatory, and investment support and solutions for clients in the UK, Ireland, and continental Europe who are developing their European business and growing market share in Europe. We also work closely with our US-based colleagues in Pershing’s Global Securities Services to support European clients who are expanding their businesses in the Americas.
Pershing's highly experienced senior management team is complemented by the expertise of our operations and IT professionals, relationship management teams, conversion specialists, and product development units, all working together to support the growth of our clients’ businesses.
