Lisa Dolly is a Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Ms. Dolly provides business leadership to our teams in Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Facilities, Global Security, People Services, Operational Risk and Control, Tax Reporting and Depository Balancing and the Quality Management Office. She also oversees the firm’s Global Operations, where she is responsible for managing the Customer Processing and Service group.
Ms. Dolly is the chair of the Pershing Office of Innovation. She is also the executive sponsor of the Pershing Women’s Initiative Network. Ms. Dolly served as chair of Pershing’s Technology Prioritization Committee. Ms. Dolly has worked with Pershing customers for more than 15 years, building relationships and providing business solutions. She began her career in the firm’s Corporate Training Program, which offers training in, and exposure to, all aspects of the organization. She has managed the Account Management, Customer Service and Customer Training groups, and was named a Super Achiever in recognition of her contributions to the firm in 2001. Ms. Dolly is also a member of a number of industry committees, including the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Wealth Management Advisory Board, the DTCC Alternative Investment Platform Steering Committee and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Operations and Technology Steering Committee.
Ms. Dolly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University and completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by SIFMA, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
