- A dedicated alternative work area recovery site for each of our operational centres ensures the swift recovery of critical functions and key personnel at an alternative site, should one of our offices be impacted by an event.
- Our backup data centre provides highly resilient connectivity and synchronous network mirroring to ensure that data access for critical applications, such as Pershing Nexus®, is not compromised should any component in the primary data path fail.
- An in-depth Business Impact Analysis is performed annually to reassess Pershing’s Business Continuity requirements, evaluate new and existing risks, and identify critical processes, procedures, and personnel. Business Recovery Plans are updated at least twice a year.
- Our Business Continuity management practices follow the guidelines set out by British Standard 25999, providing our clients with confidence in the scope and robustness of Pershing’s Business Continuity provisions.
